I have recently decided I finally need to change my diet and start exercising. My age is now taking a toll and my metabolism has hit rock bottom. Also, I have realized I do not want to carry my unhealthy habits into pharmacy school such as sleeping late and eating foods of little nutritious value.
I have to start somewhere, right? I have become THAT person, who now counts calories and am slowly expanding my repertoire of foods that I am able to cook.
